Villa Juju —
the good life,
made simple
Good to have you here. This is our official website — enquiries and bookings go directly through us, with no detour and no platform mark-up.
A house for friends and families who travel together and still need their own peace. Two separate living areas — the children’s film in one, conversation in the other. And outside, so many spots that nobody has to agree on one.

The highlights of
Villa Juju
The house and grounds sit on a single level: two open living areas, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus several outdoor areas.
Terrace & lounge
Polished concrete along the whole main façade, a lounge under two parasols and a hammock beneath the slatted timber ceiling.
Pool & sun terrace
Saltwater instead of chlorine, 8 × 4 m, set level into the lawn and open on three sides.
Dining outdoors
Eight covered seats, three rattan pendant lights and a view of the pool straight from the table.
Living & dining area
An open room with a working fireplace in a brick surround; a large sliding door opens it to the covered terrace.
Second living room
The rarest feature of the house: a separate second living room with its own TV.
Kitchen
Cream shaker fronts, a solid wood worktop, a peninsula with stools — and a glass door straight into the garden.
Main bedroom
Floor-to-ceiling sliding door onto its own terrace, en-suite bathroom right off the room and a full-height fitted wardrobe.
Bathrooms
Marble finish to full wall height, level-access walk-in shower and daylight in both bathrooms.
After dark
Up- and downlights across the whole façade, ground spots in the garden, an illuminated pool and pendants over the outdoor table.
Come inside
Walk through every room before you book. The 3D tour shows the villa as it is — no wide angles, nothing left out.

Antonio
I was born and raised in Cádiz. The bay, the wind, the pines: this has been home for as long as I can remember.
We renovated Villa Juju from the ground up in 2025 and furnished it the way we like to spend a holiday ourselves: plenty of space outdoors, generous rooms for everyone and, at the same time, enough corners for each person to retreat to.
I live with my family in Cádiz, close by. I am there in person when you arrive, and throughout your stay I stay reachable whenever you need me.
Ahead of your arrival I send you tips on the area and recommendations for the best restaurants or the coves that work in a levante wind, included.

Location
Between La Barrosa, Sancti Petri and the coves of Roche.

The house is not on the beach but centrally placed among several very different stretches of coast — and tied to none of them. Within about twenty minutes you can reach the lively promenade beach, the sheltered bay by the castillo and the rocky coves between the cliffs. Supermarket, pharmacy and doctor are five minutes away.

All times are driving times. We deliberately do not give walking times — there is no continuous pavement along every route.
